OJ OnlinePlus provides complete coverage of the merger decision
process from prior notification to the final decision. Merger documents and
press releases are collected daily from the Competition Commission and are
added to OJ OnlinePlus (even before decisions are published in the Official
Journal L series) making it a very up to date source of competition materials.

The various stages in the merger decision process are published
in the Official Journal C series:
- Prior notification of a concentration
- Non-opposition to a notified concentration
- Initiation of proceedings
- Renotification of a previously notified concentration
- Withdrawal of notification of a concentration
- Inapplicability of the Regulation to a notified operation
- Opinion of the Advisory Committee on Concentrations
- Final report of the Hearing Officer
- Request of/for examination of a concentration
- Recommencement of procedure
- Completion of the notification
- The final decision is translated in all languages and eventually published
in the Official Journal L series.
Search tips
- Use Search all for quick access to antitrust material across the whole
database:
- enter company names in Words in title search field, e.g.
Stora Enso and Corenso
- type the merger decision number in Document no. field, e.g. M.3777
- you can also use the Type search field to limit the search to the
decision (excluding notifications), e.g. merger decision
- What's new retrieves recent Merger Decision documents plus press releases
from the Competition Commission.
