OJ OnlinePlus provides easy yet comprehensive print, download and email functionality.
Available from the summary and full text display it allows a maximum of 100 records
to be processed at one time. It is also possible to save and load frequently used
search strategies. This is done from your personal account via the alerting service.

Printing documents
- To print multiple records you must first mark/tick the records in the
summary list.
- Click print from the summary or full text
display to open the print dialog box.
- You can give your print report a specific title (useful for a print of
the summary list).
- You can also choose to include the search strategy in the print out.
- You must indicate which records you would like printed and in what format.
- Click the preview icon to open the document
preview. Remember to use the browser's back button to return to
OJ OnlinePlus.
- Click the print icon to start the print action.
- Click back to return to the previous screen.
Downloading documents
- To download multiple records you must first mark/tick the records in the
summary list.
- Click download from the summary or full text
display to open the download dialog box.
- You can give your records a specific title (useful for saving the summary
list).
- You can also choose to include the search strategy in the file.
- You must indicate which records you would like downloaded and in what format.
- Click the save icon. A Windows' File Download dialog window will open.
- Click Save. In the Save as window you can give the file a name.
- The records are saved in html format.
- You can open the saved document or close the window to return to OJ OnlinePlus.
- Links to pdfs will be included in the document.
- Click back in the download window to return
to previous screen.
Emailing documents
- To email multiple records you must first mark/tick the records in the summary
list.
- Click email from the summary or full text display
to open the email dialog box.
- You can give your email a subject and you can include a message.
- You can send the email to more than one person by separating the addresses
with a comma.
- You can also choose to have the search strategy included in the file.
- You must indicate which records you would like sent and in what format.
- Click the send icon.
- A message will confirm that the email has been sent.
- Click back to return to previous screen.
- The recipient will receive an email from ELLIS - document. The attachment,
labelled 00000000.html will contain all selected records and can be
renamed and saved in the standard way. Links to pdfs are included in the document.
