OJ OnlinePlus has the advantage of providing full text documents(English)
in html which are filled with cross-references offering maximum linking and
deeper research. Additionally, Official Journals and many other documents
are available in their original format as pdfs in other languages:

Official Journal L and C records from 1998 in 11 EU languages,
from 2005 the new member states were added
- Press releases, publications, reports from 1998 in English
- COM documents since 1998 in English

Main features
- If a pdf is available for a document it will be displayed
in the summary list. This
link opens an English version of the document.
- In the full text display the bar below will indicate
that pdfs for a record are available.
- To save a pdf document directly to your hard disk: click the right-hand
mouse button of the language you require and select "Save target
as" and follow the standard Windows procedures for saving files.
- To open a pdf: click the icon of the the the language you require.
- Click the browser's back button to return
to OJ OnlinePlus.
Note: Large documents, such as COM finals or European Parliamentary minutes,
are often split into multiple pdfs. In this case, an icon will take you to
a new display with links to every pdf per document, per language.
